  • Dale Tallon

Dale Tallon is a former Vancouver Canucks defenceman whose impact on the game extended well beyond his playing days. Selected by the Canucks in the 1970 NHL Amateur Draft as number two overall, Tallon went on to enjoy a solid NHL playing career spanning more than a decade, appearing in over 600 games with Vancouver, Chicago, and Pittsburgh. Following his retirement, he built a distinguished front-office career, most notably as general manager of the Chicago Blackhawks, where he helped assemble the foundation of the club’s three Stanley Cup championships in 2010, 2013, and 2015, and later as general manager of the Florida Panthers. Widely respected for his hockey acumen, Tallon has created a lasting legacy both on and off the ice.
