Canucks Alumni Family Holiday Skate A Celebration of Community and Cheer
What better way to kick off the holiday season than with laughter, connection and a little magic on the ice? The Canucks Alumni Family Holiday Skate returned to Rogers Arena, inviting Alumni families to lace up and join in a celebration where community spirit takes centre stage. Each year, this cherished event grows stronger, welcoming new faces and building lasting memories among generations of hockey enthusiasts.
As families arrived, the unmistakable hum of Christmas music filled the air, mingling with children, parents and Alumni embraced in the festive spirit, sharing in a tradition that reminds us all of the importance of togetherness. Smiling youngsters enjoyed hot chocolate and seasonal treats, while parents looked on with pride as new memories were made.
One of the evening’s brightest highlights was the appearance of Fin and Santa, whose playful energy and holiday cheer brought even more excitement to the rink. With photo opportunities, hugs and plenty of laughter, these special guests added an extra sprinkle of magic.
